Tomorrow’s doctors consultation (news update issued 16 February 2009 - no link):

“The General Medical Council is currently consulting on a new edition of Tomorrow's Doctors. This document specifies the outcomes that graduates from UK medical schools must achieve in order to graduate, as well as standards for the delivery of teaching, learning and assessment.

As part of the consultation GMC Scotland is holding three workshops for key interest groups in March. Representatives from the medical schools, NHS, Scottish Government and public and patient interest groups have been invited, along with medical students, doctors and others.”
